Damaged Items

We do our absolute best to inspect every item that is shipped out. If you believe an item you have received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order via email at so we can address the issue. DO NOT remove tags or wash/wear item.


Exchanges are available within 30 days of your original order date.

-Items must be new, unworn, with original tags, and free of animal hair, perfumes, and makeup. Item will be exchanged for the exact same item only. We are a boutique and we only stock a limited quantity of each item, so we tend to sell out quickly!

-To do an exchange, you will need to place a new order for the correct size of the exact same item. You will need to ship us the item to be exchanged and include a copy of new order number in the package. A refund will be processed once the previous item is received.

-If the item is no longer available, you can refer to our directions for refunds below.


We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If not, returns are accepted within 30 days of your original order date. 

*Items marked final sale or discounted more than 40% are considered final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unworn, with original tags, and free of smoke, animal hair, perfume, deodorant, and make-up stains. Items that do not abide by these standards will not be refunded.

-Intimates, swimsuits, jewelry, hats, and all other accessories are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded or exchanged.

-Items must be postmarked within 30 days of original order date.

-Shoes must be shipped in their original container (intact) with a second box to protect the outside. Any shoes that appear to be worn will not be refunded.

-Shipping costs are not refundable.

-Items not adhering to the above standards will not be accepted as a return. We will contact you to let you know and you can choose to pay to ship it back to you or we can donate the item. All items will be donated automatically after 30 days if we don’t hear back from you.

For all exchanges and returns, you will be responsible for paying for shipping. You can utilize the original mailer bag in which your items came in. Please include your original invoice or print off a copy of your order invoice that was emailed to you at the time you placed your order. Please ship your item(s) to:

*Valentina Boulevard is not responsible for items that get lost in transit. We suggest purchasing insurance and obtaining a tracking number in order to keep track of your package.

All returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Our default method is to issue a store credit. Please email us at with your invoice number if you would like to be credited back to your credit card.
